“I’ve worked on both the design and building side, so I’m always thinking about how something will actually come together. How a project looks and how it’s built are equally important.”
Nick approaches his work through a strong technical and problem solving lens, with a focus on turning design ideas into clear, coordinated, and buildable projects. He has worked across a wide range of project types, including custom homes and multi family developments, and is attentive to how drawings, details, and documentation perform in real construction contexts.
Having studied architectural technology in Alberta and with prior work experience in Saskatchewan, Nick brings a broad, cross Canadian perspective shaped by different regulatory environments, climates, and housing contexts. He is comfortable navigating zoning, planning, and permitting processes, and values close collaboration with clients, consultants, and municipal staff.
Now working with Solares, Nick is excited to contribute to custom residential projects rooted in collaboration, environmental responsibility, and thoughtful, well resolved design.
