She brings an approachable, detail focused working style and communicates design intent and technical considerations clearly with both clients and consultant teams.
Trained in architecture with a specialization in building science, Kathleen is motivated by how design decisions perform in the real world. She enjoys collaborative environments and is especially interested in translating lessons learned from larger, institutionally complex projects into more personal, homeowner driven residential work, where responsiveness, clarity, and trust are central to the design process.
