“I believe we are all stewards of the world in which we live, and our motivations as architects and designers should be led by a genuine curiosity and kindness to realize a better future.”
Erin brings a thoughtful, research driven approach to her work at Solares Studio, grounded in architectural studies and a strong interest in how design shapes everyday life. Her background bridges architecture, visual culture, and critical theory, with ongoing interests in healthcare innovation, housing, and the social and political dimensions of the built environment—particularly queer space and spatial equity.
Coming from the arts and humanities, Erin values curiosity, collaboration, and clarity in design. She enjoys working through ideas iteratively, continually balancing research, dialogue, and design as part of a collective process. She sees architecture as both a creative and civic practice, prioritizing care and responsibility for our clients and wider community.
